About the position
As a Beauty Advisor at Sally Beauty, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable shopping experiences for customers by providing expert advice on hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. This position focuses on building relationships, inspiring loyalty, and ensuring customers are informed about promotions and products. You will receive training and support to enhance your knowledge and skills in the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complementary products to customers.
- Inform customers about current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, reach, and lift moderately heavy items.
