About the position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will play a crucial role in helping clients discover beauty products that enhance their confidence and meet their beauty goals. This part-time position focuses on creating personalized experiences for clients while being part of a team that values individual skills and contributions. You will stay updated on beauty trends and provide exceptional service in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product application techniques for makeup and skincare routines.
• Stay current with the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
• Deliver exceptional client service and create an inclusive environment for all clients.
• Participate in sales and promotional events to enhance customer engagement.
• Provide excellent client service during order pickups (BOPIS).
• Help maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store.

Requirements

• Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
• Passion for client service and beauty.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
