About the position
The Store Associate position at Bealls involves providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Associates will be part of a team that focuses on guest experience, promoting loyalty programs, and executing store operations to maintain brand standards. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experience and drive sales through customer service.
- Promote and educate guests on credit and loyalty programs to build guest loyalty.
- Execute store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, and inventory management.
- Utilize company standard software, systems, and procedures effectively.
- Engage in teamwork to accomplish store goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
- Experience with Zebra PDA and POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work varying hours including days, mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
