About the position
The Lead Supervisor at Bealls is a part-time supervisory role focused on leading a team to enhance guest experiences and ensure operational excellence. This position emphasizes a people-first approach, fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment while developing team members and driving store performance.
Responsibilities
- Developing, coaching, training, and retaining talent.
- Championing credit and loyalty programs.
- Ensuring the team can inform, educate, and promote benefits to enhance the shopping experience.
- Executing and leading store merchandising direction and standards.
- Managing product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations functions.
- Utilizing business reports to guide decisions and hold self and others accountable.
- Understanding and using company standard software, systems, and procedures.
- Inspiring and motivating a team to deliver results through feedback and recognition programs.
- Creating a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling Software.
