Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and establish relationships with cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Drive novel solutions rooted in complexity through extensive IT expertise.
- Comfortably navigate ambiguity and work through unknowns.
- Align and onboard teams to implement new processes and toolsets.
- Advocate for agile methodologies to tackle challenges and implement change.
- Envision novel design patterns for next-generation technology solutions.
- Act as a hands-on practitioner and subject matter expert in IT Architecture.
- Work closely with senior client stakeholders to build hypothesis-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, marketing, business administration, computer science, information systems, or system controls & engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of technology consulting or software engineering experience with more than 1 year in IT or Business architecture discipline.
- Proficiency with MarTech tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Analytics, and automation platforms.
- Superior technical knowledge, engineering rigor, and creative problem-solving.
- Ability to explain complex technology topics to senior executives.
- Extensive technical expertise in marketing platforms, digital advertising, data integration, cloud technologies, and application modernization.
