Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and establish relationships with cross-functional stakeholder groups.
  • Provide technical expertise and drive novel solutions in IT architecture.
  • Guide organizations through ambiguity and implement new processes and toolsets.
  • Advocate for agile methodologies and tackle difficult challenges strategically.
  • Design solution, application, and data architecture.
  • Support IT functions during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Manage junior team members and provide mentorship.
  • Drive innovation and assist with business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, information systems, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 6+ years of technology consulting or software engineering experience with more than 3+ years in architecture discipline.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior technical knowledge and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive technical expertise in cloud technologies, integration methodologies, databases, data analytics, application modernization, and process automation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with cloud workload design and optimization.
  • Knowledge of API and Microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with data platform architecture patterns.
  • Experience in application modernization and programming paradigms.
  • An agile mindset and willingness to travel.
