Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and establish relationships with cross-functional stakeholder groups.
  • Provide technical expertise and drive novel solutions in IT architecture.
  • Comfortably navigate ambiguity and guide organizations through complex challenges.
  • Implement new processes and toolsets as change agents.
  • Advocate for agile methodologies to tackle challenges and implement change.
  • Envision novel design patterns for technology solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in IT architecture and provide hands-on support.
  • Work closely with senior client stakeholders to build hypothesis-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, information systems, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 6+ years of technology consulting or software engineering experience with more than 3+ years in architecture discipline.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior technical knowledge and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technology topics to senior executives.
  • Extensive technical expertise in cloud technologies, integration methodologies, databases, data analytics, application modernization, and process automation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with cloud workload design and optimization.
  • Knowledge of API and Microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with data platform architecture patterns.
  • Experience in application modernization and programming paradigms.
  • Understanding of DevOps and AIOps.
