Outpatient BC PMHNP Position (ages 12 and older) | FT W-2 | Fort Walton Beach, FL
About The Position
Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for an outpatient position serving ages 12 and older. This is an employed W-2 position with a Monday-Friday schedule, 8 am - 4:30 pm. The primary location will be the Okaloosa Outpatient Center in Fort Walton Beach, FL, with potential backup coverage via telehealth to surrounding outpatient centers. The role involves evaluations, assessments, medication management, treatment team collaboration, daily patient care, and related administrative duties. There is no call requirement. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Master's level Nurse Practitioner program with a specialty in psychiatry.
- PMHNP certification is required.
- Must have an active Florida license or the ability to obtain one.
- Must be willing to see patients aged 12 and older.
Responsibilities
