Requirements
- You’re friendly, approachable, and professional with guests
- You thrive in a structured, social environment

- You take pride in keeping your space clean and your service on point
- You love creating great experiences for people (and don’t mind pups around!)
- Ability to stand and move quickly for long periods
- Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes, draft systems, and bar operations
- Alcohol service certification (TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and provide prompt, friendly service
- Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws and Skiptown policies
- Process transactions quickly and accurately using the POS system
- Support bar promotions, events, and specials to keep guests excited and engaged
- Communicate guest feedback, low stock levels, or maintenance needs to leadership
