About the position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the industry, and seasonal offerings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
• Familiarity with brewing processes, hospitality standards, and food handling practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
