About the position

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service.
• Assist in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests.
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairings.
• Ability to perform basic retail math for cash handling purposes.
• Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to alcohol service regulations.
• Certification in food handling or responsible beverage service is a plus.
