About the position
The Barista position at Bellin Health involves preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, snacks, and meals while ensuring a safe and organized work environment. This part-time role is essential in providing excellent customer service and supporting the food and nutrition services within the healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold coffee drinks, smoothies, and brewed coffee.
- Prepare grab and go sandwiches, salads, and snacks.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work area.
- Operate coffee brewer, espresso/steamer, blender, and Turbo Chef oven.
- Stock and restock food and supplies.
- Handle cash transactions using a computerized cash register system.
- Assist in the staff kitchen as needed, including cashier duties and patient tray delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
