About the position

Ding Tea is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Boba Tea lovers to join their team at two locations in Georgia. The role involves preparing high-quality drinks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while providing exceptional customer service. Training will be provided, making this position suitable for individuals with or without prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous customer service
• Accurately and efficiently prepare drink orders
• Memorize drink recipes and custom drink orders
• Refill and stock drink items
• Operate a POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of drink station and store
• Effectively communicate drink orders and customer needs to team members
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Keep oneself and other team members accountable

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule
