Requirements
- Current Barber license
- Proficiency in straight razor shaving, using shears, and clipper work
- TAM (Alcohol Awareness) Card upon hire
- Open availability, to include weekends and holidays
- Ability to reach retail sales goals
Nice To Haves
- Master Barber preferred, with at least 5 years' experience
Responsibilities
- Providing guests with the highest quality of customer service through expertise in performing professional hair services.
- Providing guests with various professional barber services.
- Performing various types of haircuts, barber straight razor shaves and basic color services.
- Educating guests about their individual hair care needs.
- Meeting retail sales goals.
- Maintaining a clean, stocked, and well-organized work station.
