Paul Mitchell The School Norman is seeking a licensed, passionate Barber with a talent for teaching. Requirements
- Valid Oklahoma Barber Instructor License
- At least two years of Barber experience
- Experience with Paul Mitchell products
- Experience in effective communication, soft skills, professional development, and teamwork
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Genuine passion for teaching and helping others grow
- Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive instruction in barbering techniques and theory in a classroom setting.
- Monitor Guest Services in the Clinic Classroom
- Lead students and encourage excellence throughout the entire program
- Prepare students for state licensing examinations
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and practices
