Barback

About the position

Barback assists bartenders with set up and clean up for bar/service area and lounge. Assists in making recipes for beverages. The barback ensures their bar runs efficiently and that all residents and guests are satisfied with their orders. The successful candidate is creative and has the ability to multitask and problem solve. This position reports to the Beverage Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with set up and clean up for bar/service area and lounge.
• Assist in making recipes for beverages.
• Ensure the bar runs efficiently.
• Satisfy residents and guests with their orders.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Inventory Management.
• Recipe and Menu creation.
• Knowledgeable in Point of Sale and Inventory Management Systems.
• English language proficiency.

Nice-to-haves

• Supervisor experience.
• Mixology or Bartending Certification.
