About the position
The Barback position at Rebar is essential for maintaining an efficient and high-quality bar environment. This role involves supporting bartenders and servers by ensuring the bar is well-stocked and organized, contributing to a positive guest experience and a smooth operation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the bar is equipped to run smoothly and efficiently.
- Prepare garnishes and polish glasses.
- Bus tables and stock all coolers and liquor cages.
- Arrive to work on time and maintain an error-free sign in and out procedure.
- Follow all grooming standards set forth by the establishment.
- Maintain a positive disposition while on duty and accommodate guests to the highest level possible.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive working environment.
- Assist other positions in the team whenever possible.
Requirements
- Basset Certification and Food Safety Certification required.
- Ability to multi-task in daily operations.
- Strong product knowledge for guest interactions.
- Timeliness and adherence to grooming standards.
