About the position
The Banquet Setup position at Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa involves preparing banquet and meeting spaces for various events. This entry-level role requires physical stamina for lifting and maintaining cleanliness in work areas, while also assisting banquet staff with the setup of tables, chairs, and linens.
Responsibilities
- Read Banquet Event Orders (BEO) accurately.
- Learn all banquet room locations.
- Set up tables in the assigned area correctly.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations in banquet and ballrooms, as well as back halls and storage areas.
- Maintain banquet service equipment.
- Complete other assignments as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Previous banquet or event setup experience is a plus.

- Ability to adhere to grooming standards, including no visible tattoos or piercings and natural hair colors.
