Responsibilities
- Handle creditor bankruptcy cases with a focus on in-state court proceedings.
- File documents using Pacer and CM/ECF systems.
- Ensure compliance with office internal and external systems and procedures.
- Maintain communication with clients and vendors regarding case progress.
- Organize and manage case files with strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of creditor bankruptcy experience.
- Experience with in-state court proceedings.
- Proficiency in Pacer and CM/ECF filing systems.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
