• Participate in litigation as required.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in bankruptcy and restructuring practice with an emphasis on chapter 11 complex bankruptcy and transactional restructuring.
• Experience with litigation is required.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admitted to the state Bar of Georgia or Tennessee.
