Requirements

• 2 years of experience in customer service, referrals, and sales.
• Retail or branch banking experience in operations and sales or similar experience within the financial services industry preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of banking/financial products and services, and ability to comprehend finance and credit concepts.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Digitally savvy and confident in using digital banking technology.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Agile and resourceful in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Upbeat, positive, and a quick learner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle confidential matters judiciously.
