About the position

The Bakeshop Supervisor position at Red Ribbon in Bolingbrook, IL, is a part-time/full-time role responsible for assisting the Bakeshop General Manager and Store Management Team in achieving store business goals. The supervisor will implement various operational support activities, focusing on product/service quality, cleanliness, crew management, and cost management within the bakeshop operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakeshop General Manager in achieving store business goals.
• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) Program.
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program.
• Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activity.

Requirements

• Completed at least high school education.
• At least 1-year experience as a Team Leader in a food or retail industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High energy level and ability to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner, and adaptable.
• Computer literate in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
