About The Position

85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring for its Store Management Team! We are a global bakery & beverage retail business, founded in 2004, with over 1,000 stores worldwide. We are known for providing five-star quality pastries and drinks at an affordable price. The Store Management team serves a broad range of functions, including leading all aspects of operation, customer service, management, and training functions.

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at a leadership level position.
Strong organizational, communications and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines to meet new or changing demands.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
Good attendance and available to work overtime when needed.
Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept.
Available to work on weekends and holidays.
Moderate physical activity required, including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting.
Nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
May be exposed to extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.

Responsibilities

Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores.
Ensure all employees take breaks on time.
Organize and supervise the employee shifts.
Participate in management and personnel meetings.
Check stock levels and keep note of supplies.
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
Perform additional duties at the store when circumstances dictate.
Cross-train in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
