About the position
Kolache Factory is looking for Full-time & Part-time Baker/Cashiers for their production team to help make and sell our famous kolaches, coffee & sweets. The position requires early morning hours starting at 3am, with locations open 7 days a week. Candidates must be able to work Saturdays or Sundays. No previous baking experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start in the baking industry. Weekly pay is a plus, and the company values building a family-oriented work environment, having been in business for 39 years with 59 locations nationwide. Employees are also incentivized to refer hardworking individuals to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of kolaches, coffee, and sweets.
- Provide excellent customer service as a cashier.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
