About the position
Kolache Factory is looking for Full-time & Part-time Baker/Cashiers for their production team to help make and sell our famous kolaches, coffee & sweets. The position requires early morning hours starting at 3am, with locations open 7 days a week. Candidates must be available to work on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of kolaches, coffee, and sweets.
- Provide excellent customer service as a cashier.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Handle heavy lifting as required for the job.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Requirements
- Dependable and reliable work ethic.
- Good customer communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
