About the position
Kolache Factory is looking for Full-time & Part-time Baker/Cashiers for their production team to help make and sell our famous kolaches, coffee & sweets. The position requires early morning hours starting at 3am, with locations open 7 days a week. Candidates must be available to work on weekends. No previous baking experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start in the food service industry. Weekly pay is a plus, and we would love you to be a part of our established growing family-owned business, which has been operating for 39 years with 59 locations nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of kolaches, coffee, and sweets
- Provide excellent customer service at the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
