Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team and communicate effectively with team members.
- Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes.
- Wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards.
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience for members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure quality and date control standards for bakery items and eliminate waste.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand for long periods while assisting members quickly and accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle obstacles and ensure task completion.
