Responsibilities
- Verify passenger boarding passes with checked bags.
- Move bags to the security screening induction system.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with passengers.
- Ask safety and security questions to each passenger.
- Load passenger luggage onto the security screening induction belt.
- Work closely with airline ticket counter agents.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to clear a background verification.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Complete all required training including airport compliance.
- Able to obtain an airport badge.
