About the position

The position involves maintaining and processing shipments for the Club in accordance with Company policies and procedures. This includes developing and posting delivery schedules, compiling and organizing receiving reports, verifying merchandise counts, routing merchandise to proper locations, and paying expenses. The role also requires receiving merchandise for the Facility, organizing and maintaining the Receiving area, and utilizing equipment appropriately while completing required documentation. Additionally, the position tracks and processes claims by returning damaged goods, handling liquidation merchandise, maintaining and cleaning the clearance area, and utilizing technology for reporting and documentation. Safety is a key aspect, as the employee must follow all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations to facility management. Compliance with company policies and standards of ethics is also essential, along with completing work assignments and priorities by collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and processes shipments for the Club according to Company policies.
  • Develops and posts delivery schedules.
  • Compiles and organizes receiving reports.
  • Verifies merchandise counts and routes merchandise to proper locations.
  • Receives merchandise for the Facility and maintains the Receiving area.
  • Tracks and processes claims by returning damaged goods and handling liquidation merchandise.
  • Maintains safety of the facility by following safety standards and procedures.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers and co-workers.

Requirements

  • Forklift Certification OR will obtain a Forklift Certification within 30 days of job entry date.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
