About the position
The Back of House Frontline Team Member is responsible for ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, focusing on the preparation of pizzas to the highest standards. This role involves cooking, assembling pizzas, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza sourdough and toppings according to recipes and standards
- Cook and assemble pizzas in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly
