About the position
The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving Business Intelligence (BI) solutions across various departments and projects. This position requires a strong background in IT systems and the ability to facilitate business requirements, design functional solutions, and develop test plans. The role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite work required in Madison, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate business requirements gathering for IT systems.
- Design functional solutions based on business needs.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality deliverables.
- Create complex SQL queries for data analysis.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT systems.
