About The Position

As an Azure Architect designs, implements, and manages Microsoft Azure cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring Azure environments are secure, scalable, cost-efficient, and aligned with organizational strategy while enabling innovation and digital transformation.

Requirements

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
6+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years focused on Azure architecture.
Experience with enterprise cloud migrations and large-scale Azure deployments.

Nice To Haves

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred).
Additional certifications: AZ-500, Azure Administrator Associate.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Azure infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) aligned to enterprise standards.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures.
Lead cloud adoption strategies including migration, modernization, and optimization.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Establish governance, security, and compliance frameworks (Azure Policy, Blueprints).
Optimize performance, reliability, and cost using native Azure tools.
Drive DevOps and automation using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
Architect solutions using modern Azure stack including AKS (Kubernetes), Azure Arc, Azure Stack HCI, and serverless services.
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define cloud strategy and roadmap.
Present architecture designs, recommendations, and business cases to leadership teams.
Partner with finance and operations teams on cost optimization and FinOps initiatives.
