The Avtec Inside Channel Account Manager (ICAM) is responsible for promoting sales growth by developing, nurturing, and enabling their partners and customers. The Avtec ICAM will create awareness of Motorola Solutions product, software, and services by leveraging their subject matter expertise. This role requires establishing strong business relationships at all levels of the partner or customer organization, aiming to become their trusted business advisor. The individual will be skilled and proficient in internal sales enablement and development tools. Each ICAM will be assigned a geographic area and will be expected to collaborate with their corresponding field sales and inside sales counterparts. The ICAM role will be measured and held accountable for both individual and territory-based goals.
