AVP, Product Management- Personal Lines Property Underwriting Intelligence
About The Position
The AVP of Underwriting Intelligence will lead the strategic evolution of our Personal Lines Property platform to become an intelligence ecosystem. You will oversee the teams responsible for development of insights, intelligence, and interfaces and manage your own team to drive execution and revenue growth. Your mission is to bridge the gap between property and peril data and actionable underwriting decisions across the policy lifecycle by delivering headless UI components and predictive signals directly into client workflows. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with P&C insurance experience who understands that in the future of insurance, the decision is more valuable than the data. You should have a proven track record of managing insurance products and achieving measurable outcomes.
