About the position
As a Customer Greeter at Avis Budget Group, you will play a vital role in enhancing the travel experience for our customers at airport locations. In this position, you will be expected to stand, walk, and move throughout the rental lot for extended periods, as well as drive a variety of vehicles. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as you may be required to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. The role does not allow for remote work, as regular on-site presence is necessary to fulfill the responsibilities effectively. Responsibilities
- Assist customers at airport locations
- Manage customer lines and direct customers to the right location
- Answer customer questions to improve their travel experience
- Provide excellent customer service
- Stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot for continuous periods
- Drive a variety of vehicles as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Must be able to stand, walk or move throughout rental lot for continuous periods
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
