About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting inspections, analyzing data, and implementing quality control measures to maintain the highest level of product quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Analyze inspection data and compile reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement and monitor quality systems, including HACCP and ISO 13485, to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and develop corrective actions.
• Utilize manual tools to inspect Aviation components.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities.
• Participate in internal audits and assist in the development of quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality inspection or a related field, with a strong understanding of QA/QC processes.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards such as ISO 13485.
• Proficient in data collection techniques and analysis methods.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of HACCP principles is preferred.
• Manufacturing experience of 1 year is preferred.
