About The Position

The Aviation Operations Account Manager is responsible for the direct oversight of supervisors, leads, and front-line employees for a Passenger Service Account and Cabin Cleaning/Janitorial Services Account. This role ensures that the company provides professional and quality service to client facilities and personnel under their supervision. The position also ensures compliance with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company, clients, and regulatory authorities. Additionally, the Account Manager is responsible for achieving the planned profitability of the accounts they oversee.

Requirements

  • Experience in direct oversight of supervisors, leads, and front-line employees.
  • Experience managing Passenger Service Accounts.
  • Experience managing Cabin Cleaning / Janitorial Services Accounts.
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to ensure planned profitability of accounts.
