About the position

The Aviation Dispatcher at Coca-Cola is responsible for the scheduling and logistics support of company aircraft, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory authorities. This role is crucial for the operational efficiency of the aviation team, which supports the executive team globally. The dispatcher will work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional customer service and participating in safety management systems while being available for a rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Flight and crew scheduling.
• Provide planning and logistical support to ensure trip execution.
• Participate in the department Safety Management System.
• Provide exceptional customer service for internal and external customers.
• Operational data record keeping.
• Available to work rotating on-call schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays).

Requirements

• Associate degree and 3+ years' experience in domestic/international flight scheduling.
• FAA Flight Dispatcher Certificate.
• Experience with crew and aircraft scheduling platforms.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in domestic/international flight scheduling.
• Experienced with Professional Flight Management Scheduling Program (PFM).
• Highly skilled Dispatcher and Flight Coordinator with recent experience in a corporate flight department.
