About the position

The Warranty Administrator will manage warranty claims and ensure efficient and accurate processing of all related tasks. This role serves as a key contact for customers and internal teams, focusing on exceptional service while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process warranty claims in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their claims, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with service departments to gather information related to warranty claims and assess eligibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions and ensure data integrity within the warranty management system.
  • Analyze warranty trends and report findings to management for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to staff on warranty policies and procedures as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warranty administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with strong customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with automotive or manufacturing industries is a plus but not required.
