About The Position
Mark Toyota of Plover is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing service department. We are seeking a technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills who wants consistent work, modern equipment, and a supportive dealership team. We are a family-owned dealership that values long-term careers and offers strong focus on ongoing automotive technician training and skill development. We also offer support for ASE certifications and manufacturer training, with opportunities to advance into master technician and diagnostic specialist roles. Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Auto Mechanic required
- Own tools required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
Nice To Haves
- Dealership or Toyota experience preferred
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs
- Complete routine maintenance including oil changes, brakes, tires, and alignments
- Diagnose engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment to identify issues
- Follow Toyota and manufacturer repair procedures
- Document repair findings and communicate with Service Advisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
