The Automotive Service Pickup and Delivery Driver at Harbin Ford is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service by picking up and delivering customer vehicles for service. Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver service customers' vehicles daily
- Work collaboratively with the Service Department
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Able to work flexible schedules and some Saturdays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, eagerness to improve
