In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a team of skilled Automotive Sales Consultants, setting the standard for customer service and satisfaction across every stage of the car-buying journey.   • Team Leadership and Development Train and mentor sales consultants, fostering skill growth and development.
  • Design and implement training programs to boost team performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes high morale and teamwork.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals, ensuring consistent progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns to drive sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Assist customers in choosing vehicles, understanding their needs, and explaining features.
  • Facilitate follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Operational Management Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Manage inventory in coordination with the purchasing team for optimal selection.
  • Ensure showroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Financial Management Develop and manage the sales department budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor profitability and implement strategies to improve margins.
  • Prepare and present sales reports for senior management.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in automotive sales management with a proven track record.
  • Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and holding team members accountable.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive sales processes.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and a superior purchasing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Skilled in interpreting sales data and identifying trends.
  • Ability to develop solutions and implement effective strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM and automotive sales software.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
