About the position
The Automotive Sales Experience Specialist at Stanley Ford McGregor is responsible for guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the ownership experience. This role emphasizes customer interaction, sales expertise, and a commitment to creating a positive buying experience.
Responsibilities
- Interact and consult with customers during their vehicle purchasing experience.
- Ensure customers receive exceptional service from the start of the interaction and throughout their ownership experience.
- Utilize social media skills to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Provide support and assistance in vehicle purchasing processes.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle record test.
- Self-motivated and resilient personality.
- Proficient in using computer and/or iPad technology.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Prior selling experience is a plus.
