About The Position

Nucar Honda of Westford is looking to hire a full-time Automotive Sales Consultant. This role involves selling and leasing new and used vehicles, focusing on ethical and honest customer interactions. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, making personal connections, and solving customer needs. Responsibilities include explaining vehicle features and benefits, discussing financing and leasing options, preparing and submitting paperwork, and following up with prospects. The position requires meeting and exceeding sales management standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Must be at least 21 years old
Acceptable driving record
Basic computer skills
Ability to quickly learn and remember the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales
Ability to understand equity and values, as well as explain depreciation to customers
Sales ability
Customer-oriented
Professional in appearance and demeanor
Goal-oriented team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
