  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, including financing options, trade-in evaluations, and closing the sale.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of vehicle inventory and the latest automotive trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or retail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software (preferred).
