About the position

The Product Specialist role involves comprehensive training that covers various aspects of customer interaction and product knowledge. Training will include the utilization of a Customer Retention Management system (CRM), step-by-step guidance on customer interaction, daily tasks, product training, and insights into the Business Development Center (BDC). Additionally, the role requires online manufacturer training and knowledge of other departments within the dealership, such as Service, Parts, and Body Shop. Understanding paperwork, the importance of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), conflict resolution, and the delivery process are also key components of the training. The Product Specialist will be responsible for customer follow-up processes, appointments, and familiarization with Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, as well as visiting other dealerships to enhance their knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Customer Retention Management system (CRM)

Requirements

  • College Graduate is preferred
  • Possess character and appearance standards of the dealership
  • Maintain a positive, wholesome attitude towards life and sales profession
  • Engage in regular self-improvement programs
  • Ability to get along well with other employees
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
