About The Position
Farris Jeep is looking for energetic, motivated people to join our team as Automotive Product Specialists. This is not a traditional car sales job. Product Specialists focus on helping customers find the right vehicle, explaining features and technology, creating an amazing customer experience, building relationships, and guiding customers through the buying process. The company generates over 1,000+ incoming leads every month, with appointments booked weeks in advance, and strong repeat and referral business, ensuring ample opportunities for Product Specialists. Top performers can earn over $100,000 annually through weekly base pay, aggressive commission plans, monthly performance bonuses, and up to $5,000/month guaranteed pay for qualified candidates.
