About the position
Westbrook Toyota is seeking experienced Automotive Parts Counter Professionals to join their team. The role focuses on assisting customers in selecting and purchasing automotive parts, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining an organized inventory. Candidates with dealership experience are preferred, but those with substantial independent parts retail experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to both retail and wholesale customers.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts inventory.
- Process orders, returns, and warranties efficiently.

Requirements
