About The Position

Deery Brothers CDJR of Iowa City is seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our service department, helping to ensure that our customers receive the parts they need promptly and accurately. You will be responsible for managing parts inventory, processing orders, and providing exceptional service to our customers and technicians. The ideal candidate will have experience in an automotive dealership setting, with a solid understanding of parts operations and customer service best practices. While experience with Stellantis dealerships is preferred, we are willing to train the right person. Requirements

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, preferably within a Stellantis dealership, with strong knowledge of automotive parts and service operations.
Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) for managing parts inventory and transactions.
Exceptional customer service skills with a track record of effectively communicating with both internal teams and external customers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing parts orders and inventory.
Experience in a fast-paced, process-driven environment with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Successful completion of a background check.
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, including completing required OEM training and certifications.
