About the position
Vector Fleet Management, LLC is seeking Automotive Repair Mechanics to join our team in the Pompano Beach, FL area. This position offers a rewarding career with competitive compensation, where you can earn up to $70,700 per year (up to $34 hourly) or more while enjoying a steady 5-day schedule from Monday to Friday. The role involves working the second shift from 3:30pm to 12:00am. Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnoses, and repairs on autos and light trucks.
- Utilize a complete set of hand tools and wheeled tool box suitable for daily use.
- Maintain an acceptable driving record and pass drug tests and background checks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two years hands-on experience or a combination of trade school and hands-on experience.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance, diagnoses, and repairs on autos and light trucks.
- Complete set of hand tools and wheeled tool box suitable for daily use.
- Acceptable driving record and ability to pass drug test and background check.
Nice-to-haves
- OEM training and/or ASE certifications are preferred.
- ASE master Technicians can earn even more.
